Godly Play

Godly Play (age 3 – grade 5) A Montessori-based religious education program written by an Episcopal priest and designed to bring children closer to the mystery of the presence of God. In Godly Play, we play with the language of God and God's People-our sacred stories, parables, liturgical actions and silence. Through this powerful language, through our wondering, through the community of players gathered together, we hear the deepest invitation of all--an invitation to come play with God.

Classes meet from 10:00-10:45 am on Sundays September through May. In June or July, children and families can participate in Vacation Bible School June 28-July 1, Helmerich Park at 71st and Riverside, 9:00-11:30 a.m..  Sunday school classes will begin Sunday, September 19, 2010.
