EASTER SERVICES

April 9

6:00am - Sunrise vigil. The vigil begins in darkness outside the southwest (6th & Cincinnati Ave.) entrance. The congregation moves inside in candlelight and, as the sun rises, finishes with a flurry of glorious organ and song.
7:00am - Festival Breakfast. Join us after the sunrise vigil for a mimosa breakfast of pastries, breakfast casseroles, and fruit.
8:00am - Spoken Eucharist, Rite I. This service is equivalent to our typical 7:30am service. There will be organ music, but no choir.
9:00am - Eucharist with choir, Rite II. This service features the full choir, with organ and brass accompaniment.
11:00am - Eucharist with choir and brass, Rite I. This service features the full choir, with organ and brass accompaniment, as well as incense. The language of this service is more formal than our 9:00am service.
11:05 - Flowering of the Cross in the Church Down Under all ages service. This is an all ages, interactive service ideal for our youngest friends who may be too busy to sit in the upstairs pews. Participants are invited to cover a large wooden cross with flowers, creating a beautiful visual of new life.
