Epiphany Procession

View the enewsletter in its entirety here.

Beloved Siblings in Christ, Come experience the Epiphany Procession this Sunday at 5:00pm. This all-ages service begins in solemn candlelight and ends with the arrival of the larger than life three kings. Plan to join us, and bring an unwrapped gift for a baby or child. If you are unable to join us for the evening service, you may bring a gift in the morning to be placed in a crib in the narthex (back of the church). All donated gifts will be donated to Emergency Infant Services. Following the service, join us for a chili dinner in the Great Hall. Enjoy chili of all kinds from the Chili Cook-off contestants, and the Brotherhood of St. Lawrence. Think you have what it takes to win the cook-off? Register here and show us what you've got. The overall winner will take home a $100 cash prize.

Christian formation classes for children, youth, and adults start again this weekend. We encourage parishioners of all ages to take part in formation opportunities to deepen your connection with community and enliven your spiritual growth. New classes include Discovering, Understanding, Engaging your Spiritual Gifts, a TED talk forum on the Urgency of Intersectionality, The Bible in Ancient World Context, and a new parenting class called The Art of Raising Humans. Our Sexuality and Culture class for youth in grades 8-12 makes a return after a pandemic hiatus, too. Learn more and register for all ages classes here. Finally, the bishop has requested that every parish reports the racial/ethnic make-up of their congregants. Please take a moment to respond to this survey to help the Diocese of Oklahoma.
