Beloved Siblings in Christ, It'll be 2023 in just a few days - check out some of the things we've got going on early in January! While there will not be Christian education for adults, children or youth on January 1st, we will offer our full schedule of services at 7:30, 9:00, 11:00, and 11:05am. Classes for adults start up again on January 8th, with the return of Fr. Lee's class on spiritual gifts, a TED talk forum on the urgency of intersectionality and a new offering from Dr. Erica Mongé-Greer: The Bible in Ancient World Context. Classes for children and youth also resume at that time. Register here for adult formation classes.
On January 8th we will celebrate the arrival of the magi with our Epiphany Procession at 5:00pm. This all-ages service begins in solemn candlelight and ends with the arrival of the larger than life three kings. Plan to join us, and bring an unwrapped gift for a baby or child. All donated gifts will be donated to Emergency Infant Services. Following the service, join us for a chili dinner in the Great Hall. Enjoy chili of all kinds from the Chili Cook-off contestants, and the Brotherhood of St. Lawrence. Think you have what it takes to win the cook-off? Register here and show us what you've got. The overall winner will take home a $100 cash prize. Have a safe and happy New Year's Eve! The Staff and Clergy of Trinity Episcopal Church +
