What will the New Year bring?

Dearest Siblings in Christ,

This year is drawing to a close and we face another year of uncertainty, many of us with trepidation. This season of life is challenging, but when we face it in community, we have the opportunity to support each other. We hope you will remember to lean on this community when you struggle, and share your gifts when you have plenty.

"Oh, God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, whose years never fail and whose mercies are new each returning day: let the radiance of your Spirit renew our lives, warming our hearts and giving light to our minds, that we may pass into the new year in joyful obedience and firm faith; through him who is the beginning and the end, your Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen." -The Episcopal Book of Occasional Services, 1994
