Interfaith Vigil
On October 30th, Trinity hosted members of the Tulsa community as they gathered for an
interfaith vigil in support of our immigrant neighbors and friends.

This is a monthly gathering of prayer, reflection, and witness for people who seek peace, safety,
and dignity for all who call this place home. The gathering rotates between various
communities of faith with reflective elements from the hosting congregation’s particular
tradition each time. Together, we lift our voices for compassion and justice—trusting that our
presence matters and that silence is never the faithful option when others live in fear.

Prayer morning

A Journey in Prayer

A Journey in Prayer, held Saturday, Sept. 20th, began with Morning Prayer, led by Canon Steve; the rest of the day was spent exploring a few of the many types of prayer available to us as Christians: Centering Prayer, the Anglican Rosary, the Jesus Prayer, Praying in Color, Step 11 Prayer & Meditation. Many participants also shared their experiences with additional types of prayer. Thanks to the Daughters of the King and Canon Steve for making the day a wonderful and meaningful experience. More workshops, of this type, are being planned for the future – we hope you'll join us. Stay tuned!
